For project work (redesign and custom build), a 50% deposit is required to begin. The remainder is due on completion before the site goes live. Hourly support is invoiced after each session.
A redesign typically takes 1–3 weeks. A full custom build is usually 2–4 weeks. Timelines depend on the scope of the project and how quickly content is provided. Every project is scoped and scheduled at the start so you know exactly what to expect.
For a redesign, we work with your existing content and improve how it is presented. For a custom build, you provide the copy and images and we advise on structure and messaging. We can also help with copywriting direction if needed.
Custom build projects include 30 days of post-launch support. For redesigns and support sessions, you can always book additional hours as needed. Many clients return for ongoing tweaks and SEO updates.
